These developments are primarily intended to serve mid- to upper-income earners and will contribute to expanding the supply of modern housing options in the country.

The core responsibilities of LandmarkTT include:
- Identifying strategic locations across the country suitable for residential development
- Overseeing development activities to ensure compliance with national planning and regulatory frameworks
- Establishing profit-sharing arrangements and payment models within the PPP structure
- Managing the marketing and sale of completed residential units
