Overview
A Commissioner of Affidavits is authorised to administer oaths, take affidavits, and certify legal documents. This is a part-time appointment granted by the Ministry of Land and Legal Affairs.
Who Can Apply
Applicants must:
- Possess qualifications and/or experience in the legal field
- Demonstrate good character and professional integrity
