Overview

A Commissioner of Affidavits is authorised to administer oaths, take affidavits, and certify legal documents. This is a part-time appointment granted by the Ministry of Land and Legal Affairs.

Who Can Apply

Applicants must:

  • Possess qualifications and/or experience in the legal field
  • Demonstrate good character and professional integrity

  • Recent résumé with two (2) references
  • Copy of two (2) forms of national identification (ID/Driver’s Permit/Passport)
  • Letter of Recommendation (separate from references)
